Dr. Kralik took me for an appointment within the same week that I called to schedule. I waited for 40 minutes in the waiting room, even though there weren't any other patients there. When he saw me, he refused to clean my teeth, and then told me I had 14 cavities (food that would have come out of my teeth if he had cleaned them). I went to another dentist a month later for a second opinion, and was told I have 1 cavity, and the rest of my teeth look fine.
