I usually refrain from writing anyone bad reviews, but this has gone on for far too long. We hired Kraken pools to complete a pool in the begining of 2022. It is still not completed, we're almost in 2024. Over 90% of payment has been made, they don't answer their phones, emails or even texts. Avoid at all costs. I would be happy to remove this review when someone actually calls me back and finishes the pool. I must have reached out to these guys over 100 times atleast. Avoid this place at all costs. $7,200 deposit for pool, never heard from them again. At first seemed good dozens for calls , emails and texts later nothing. Heard though the referred customer that Cody is steeling from company. I wonder what he bought with my money. .oh, the store front on the web site is vacant, evicted.
Sadly, we signed with Kraken after meeting Andrew and Adam back in October of last year. Things started off great but after learning the permit was submitted 3 months after signing the deal we started to grow concerned. We've spent the last 3 months trying to get in touch with anyone at Kraken to learn as to where things stand but never got any repsonse. Just dealt with Kraken pools to replumb my pool equipment and close / winterize my pool . I cant say enough good things about my service and dealings with Cody and Andrew they are my go to people for anything pool related . Fantastic work and very knowledgeable pros . Highly recommend
