Kraken auto & collision, Inc was the company sent to me by AAA for a tow. Jon was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and was able to resolve my issue quickly. Though my issue was handled by my regular mechanic I attribute satisfaction and peace of mind to Jon. His well-informed and affable attitude turned this issue into a very positive experience.
