I stumbled upon Kraig through the Realtor app and could not have had a better experience. I ended up buying some land in Scottsboro from here in northern Virginia where I currently live. Not being intimately familiar with the area I leveraged Kraig a lot to learn where I wanted to focus my search. He was always responsive to text / calls / emails and is just genuinely a nice guy.
Kraig is outstanding! He regularly and consistently maintained contact throughout the purchase process, and easily made this the least stressful real estate transaction of the approximately ten in my lifetime.

Kraig is an amazing agent. He is always there to help with any issues that arise along the way in the house buying process. He is excellent at his job and a genuinely good and honest person. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again to buy or sell another property.
Kraig helped us thei this crazy market until we finally found a house we loved. We dragged him all over NE Alabama to look at houses, many times they were sold before we even got there. He hung with us the whole time. Definitely recommend. J
