I guess Dr. Pepper is ok, we didn't see him, just saw a PA, and my Dad has a break. As in Dr. Pepper terminology, his office staff is beyond flat. If you're looking for kindness, caring, and warmth, it's not here. We waited almost an hour and a half to see anybody, and cold is an understatement. Not even a smile and not even a fake how are you. Dr Pepper is an amazing surgeon and was able to get my shoulder surgery expedited. He has great bedside manner and is very good at explaining the process.
Did rotator cuff and other stuff to right shoulder. Office personnel were great Sophie went above and beyond to make sure I had my reports and home PT.
I went to Dr Pepper office and If I could give 0 stars I would. No one ever picks up the phone ( EVER) I had fmla paperwork that I gave the front desk and they never had it filled out. I called called called still no answer. My fmla was denied due to no paperwork so I missed a lot of physical therapy appointments. I had to keep getting off of work just to talk to someone in the dr office.
