No long wait time. Efficient and knowledgeable. I was pleased with how things went. Professional.
Dr Pepper is awesome! His staff on the other her hand is not! They don’t return calls and don’t follow up on the progress of your visit! I had to call them to get my stuff done and had to constantly call them for progress! Something that should have only taken 3 weeks at the most took over 1 1/2 months!
He was very busy on the day of my appointment, which is good for his practice. However, I felt rushed and was given a prescription for xrays and MRI and to go the hospital to get it filled. I asked if they call the prescription in and the medical center contacts me to set up an appointment. The receptionist said she didn't have time, and all I needed to do was show up and present the prescription (that is an over simplification of the process) I didn't even have the chance to tell him I had a recent MRI of my back.
