Dr. Pepper cared about his patients at one time(3yrs ago), but not any longer. You get ran thru like cattle. The office help is HORRIBLE!!! You may get to see Dr. Pepper a few times then you are shoved over to the P.A. nothing against Robbie but ..... After 10+yrs of using Dr.Pepper this was it for me. MRIs not scheduled, never returned calls, physical therapy not scheduled, and so much more
He is the best Doctor/Surgeon around. He is concerned with his patients health and well being.
My day went from bad to horrible the young lady that work for this Dr name Jessica Ezell ruin my whole day. She want to talk ruff and crazy then when I got defensive because I refuse to allow anyone to talk crazy to me I’m good there are thousands of other doctors then I ask to speak with the office manager and she gave me a excuse like she wasn’t available. I don’t know if she’s a nurse or whatever but she’s extremely unprofessional and I hope that they go and listen at the recording I’m good on getting treatment at this pl... read more
