I have been very happy with my care from Dr Pepper and his staff. From my initial visit, to surgery (@ Glen Rose Medical Center) on my knee, to post operative care. Unfortunately including having to do gel shots (my fault, not theirs). So, I have had to go to all 3 locations for one reason or another, the staff are always friendly, welcoming and supportive! The only complaint I have is their phone system, super hard to get through but still responsive. Overall, great care!
Dr. Kraig Pepper is fantastic! I received the best total knee replacement from him, and I am now preparing for my second. Dr. Pepper orders a CT scan of your knee joint and sends the exact dimensions to a manufacturer, resulting in a custom-fit replacement. The outcome is a better fit, faster healing, with less pain.
