Dr. Bertram is a great doctor and my grandson really enjoys seeing him. Dr. Bertram is very good with small children. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.
The areas best pediatric practice! Dr. Bertram and his nurses and team set the standard for care and make office visits personal and easy. The appointment system is great. We loved getting the growth charts at newborn visits and the stuffed animals on vaccine days were such a sweet and thoughtful touch. We’re so sad to be moving and leaving such a special practice.
Kraig was disinterested in the well-being of our child. We recently started him on a supplement to help him sleep and he has had irritable diarrhea for the past month. His responses to these issues were "I'm not testing for that today, because I don't do that" and "babies poops are weird sometimes". I'm not a Google poster by any means. I hope that potential customers see this and save their money before they see Kraig. Very unprofessional and disconnected from his clients.
