They have good insight into the neighborhood, and decent apartments available for sale and to rent. I have found them to be professional to deal with. Maybe too direct, but that's only because they know their market well.
They jack up rent prices higher than what the landlord/building board is asking to cover up their feetand a raise rent prices generally and then they charge a broker's fee of one month on top of that.
