Got a quote for a watch battery change. 40 dollars. Bullshit. When Ken was there I could get them changed for 15dollars. Went to Lockhart and got three batteries changed for 32.50. What a rip off. I will never be back to do business with these crooks.

Highly recommend this store for all of your jewelry needs. Incredible service! I can’t say enough in how patient Seanna was and so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional in trying to help me find wedding jewelry and made sure we would get them in time for our upcoming wedding. She went completely out of her way to make sure I was happy and that the experience with her was so very personal and meaningful. Beyond pleased with the quality of work for my engagement ring! There is a reason this store has been around for more than 70 years! It's their excellent service and attention to detail. Not a lot of in-house jewelers these days so its super nice to be able to tell them what I want and know it's going to be beautiful! I have been visiting Kragh's for years for everything from rings to diamonds, gifts, repairs, watch repairs and custom pieces. Never had a negative experience. Highly recommended!
