I am so happy with my engagement ring, they sized it and polished it. They answered all my questions and had it done sooner than expected. It looks like new. I’m glad to support this local business.
I did go to this local shop here in what was my hometown for over 20yrs to get my Gold OMEGA Men's Wristwatch repaired as stated here that they are a "OMEGA SERVICE CENTER"! This watch was a birthday gift from my parents. Very sentimental value for me. After waiting an entire day, they contacted me saying that they "COULD NOT REPAIR IT?" Boy was I disappointed at that response! So, I still have a broken OMEGA quality wrist watch in my jewelry box!

Got a quote for a watch battery change. 40 dollars. Bullshit. When Ken was there I could get them changed for 15dollars. Went to Lockhart and got three batteries changed for 32.50. What a rip off. I will never be back to do business with these crooks.
