The guy at the counter, Kyle, I believe his name is. That's what it says on my receipt. That guy needs a attitude adjustment real quick! I rent a tool with cash. I go to use the tool and it's broken. I go to return it, I let him know, "Hey, this tool isn't any good. I wasn't able to use it." And showed him what was wrong. He gives me dirtiest look and replies, "OK, and." Went in for a check engine light scan. The employee was fast, friendly, and helpful. Found the problem, provided some short and long term solutions and I was out of there in 20 minutes. Great service!
