That was my son‘s phone. You are a liar. You want to get a company that has one star reviews. I am calling you guys every day. I have pictures. I have pictures of the Messages Zhang never did get back to me. He’s supposed to get back to me on Monday. Today is Tuesday. I’m still waiting for your calls. The trailer I bought from you guys. It’s not scratches. It’s gross marks you never even put primer it’s damage. The wood is not even to the ramps the wood is popping up so if you want to resolve this contact me
They won’t return your calls. We bought three new trailers from them. One of them has damaged all the way around wooden planks is popping up. Wood does not level to the ramps. Don’t recommend them whatsoever. They had to cheat to offer me $200 to fix the trailer. Is that a joke or what it’s ridiculous specially Gary the warranty guy he have a lot of issues he’s not polite whatsoever I give you $200 take it or leave it. He told me after paying $11,200 which I still never use the trailer yet
Zac was great to work with. Found us a great trailer & made everything seamless. He even met my driver on his day off for a smooth pick up. Will definitely buy Kraftsman again in the future. Thanks Zac
