Great service from start to finish
Great experience at Kraftsman trailers, just purchased a dump today. Only thing I would say is they could’ve done the touch ups before I got there, however they gave me a can of paint which was still great. After I left I noticed the trailer was missing one of the stabilizer jacks, now I have to wait for them to ship it, not a huge deal, but wish they would’ve seen this before hand.
Everything was straight forward. Easy to work with and very responsive would buy from them again!
Bought a 25 ft gooseneck from them, process was very easy and fast Tyler was very helpful and so was the staff there and everyone was friendly I will most definitely be back for any future trailers from them
