We brought a whole new kitchen set (thousands of dollars) but when a piece came scratched I tried to return it. When I brought it back to them they offered 50% of the original price. They ended up not accepting it because of the scratch and when the person in the front desk unloaded, HE DROPPED THE CABINET. I found out it there was big crack, and they said it was already there.
