Great experience and great customer service.
Santiago displayed terrible customer service. Dealing with him was like pulling teeth, seriously. He had an attitude because I showed up to look for some parts. How dare me go to his job and make him work. On top of that I specifically asked for a J-bolt assembly which they usually stock. He couldn’t get me the nut and plastic washer to complete the assembly. He said he could and he would, but he didn’t.
