I’ve sent my bed pillows from Wisconsin to Iowa a couple of times to have them cleaned and re-stuffed — and these folks know their business very well! The prices are more than fair, the work is outstanding, the turnaround is swift, and my allergies are eternally grateful. Will add photos at my next service.

When you purchase a Kraft pillow it's not just the pillow you are investing in, it's also the customer service that comes with it. They explain the process, give you options, and if you don't care for the outcome they will work with you to make it right. I have had my pillow for almost 2 years and love it. They are a family owned company and very personable.

I was very disappointed in the service of "cleaning" my pillows and putting on new ticking. I was charged full (regular size) price for a pillow 1/4 the size of a regular. The pillows were considerably smaller than the ones I dropped off. What happened to the feathers that were removed? I dropped off 4 regular size and 1 baby size. Of all these, the baby one was the only one that was not considerably smaller. In trying to get some answers, the gentleman was very rude and did not want to make any changes.
