I took my E63 for to Kraft for service after MB of Manhattan charged me a kidney and failed to properly diagnose an engine issue I was having. Pablo, Steve, and Shalom were very open about the work that needed to be done and made sure to clearly communicate with me each step of the way. The prices were more than fair and the work was done very quickly. I wish I went to them in the first place. Will definitely be taking my car(s) to them from now on.
I have used Kraft German Auto for the last 10 years, they are truly knowledgeable. The crew is solid and they deliver on the repairs.
