The young man who, sorry I forgot his name, was on time (actually early), did a great job. Cleaned up when he was done. Service was great.
First call was quick and helpful. Follow up calls took some time to schedule, leaving me in some dark areas of my home. Finally received better scheduling for my job. Lucas was great at communication, knowledge, skill, and ability.
Working with Kraft Electric has been a wonderful experience. This team is knowledgeable about Electrical service and repair. Additionally they are great to work with, amazing customer service, kind, considerate. I highly recommend them. Part of being at considerate, they clean up after themselves as they go. I've worked with electricians before and afterwards you have to go around and clean up all the wire ends and anything else that may have come out if the wall. Great company and good people!
