I informed the front desk that I wasn't aware of an appointment and I had changed phone number 2 months ago. but because I had 2 priors one in 2016 and another 2018 similar cases. I was charged a heft missed appointment fee. I wish they would send notices through the mail or e-mail.
Really enjoyed my visit with Dr Sharon Schrott yesterday. First time meeting her and appreciated the time and attention she provided.
truly the Best of Boston. Kind, gentle and explains everything. The specialists he referred me to were equally outstanding. His office is easily accessible by public transportation. Some of his staff have been there over 30 yrs; this says it all.
Great office and staff. The doctors are so professional and kind. Great attention to detail. I never feel rushed. I would highly recommend them.
