I informed the front desk that I wasn't aware of an appointment and I had changed phone number 2 months ago. but because I had 2 priors one in 2016 and another 2018 similar cases. I was charged a heft missed appointment fee. I wish they would send notices through the mail or e-mail.
Really enjoyed my visit with Dr Sharon Schrott yesterday. First time meeting her and appreciated the time and attention she provided.
Great office and staff. The doctors are so professional and kind. Great attention to detail. I never feel rushed. I would highly recommend them.
