I can’t rate ??? yet because I need to discuss his proposal with him. I had asked for a proposal to replace the furnace and the water heater. The very knowledgeable young man (Sorry, we cannot remember his name or find it on the proposal) instead sent a proposal to “update” the system with a very significant cost. It sounds like it would give us a better distribution of the heating system, and upon discussion and receiving greater detail and cost breakdown, we may want to go ahead with his proposal.
