I have been seeing Dr. Nick on a regular basis for 12 years. I have a severe back condition and I need regular chiropractic care. Dr. Nick and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They can usually get me in on the same day without much of a wait. Dr. Nick is also a good person and has a good heart. I feel very comfortable with him and with his staff. Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Dr. Kraetzer is awesome! He is the best adjuster. I have never has a chiropractor adjust from my toes to my neck. Dr. Kraetzer's office is nice and clean his staff made me feels very comfortable. I was able to get an appointment the same day that I called. I love the fact that Dr. Kraetzer did not push a second appointment on me he just stated "See how you feel and come back when you need to". I would highly recommend his office to anyone!

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. WOW!! Dr. Kraetzer you are wonderful. Thank you for the excellent Chiropractic care. I have had knee pain since I was a kid. You did not just address my knee like all of the other Dr.s that I have seen, you looked at me as a whole. I did not realize how my knee was just a side effect of my body being out of balance.
