I have loved working with Dr. Jill Johnson. She always takes the time to explain things and listen to my concerns. At the Taylor street location the nurses are so friendly, the front desk staff are welcoming, and Monica, one of ultrasound techs, is great too!
Dr. Todd Kraemer is the best OB I’ve been a patient of during a pregnancy. If you are pregnant and planning on a c-section, he is an excellent choice for your surgeon. My recovery was as smooth as it can be for a major abdominal surgery, and my scar healed beautifully. He’s a master at his craft. As far as routine prenatal appointments, he always listened well to all of my questions (I’m anxious and had a lot) and kept it real when giving answers. Highly recommend. I had a call with NP Casey and she saved me a trip to the office. I wasn’t sure what to expect considering my experience at their other location. She was so nice, friendly and down to earth. She gave me my results in a way I could understand and advised me what to do next moving forward. If I could have redone my appointment, I would have choose to see her. Thank you, Casey.
This office will definitely be my last option, and that’s only if every other gynecologist in the city closes their doors. I called to set up a new patient appointment, and the front desk person made sure it would also be my last time considering this office. The level of rudeness and ignorance over the phone was unbelievable — instead of being welcoming to a new patient, she acted like I was a bother for even calling.
