I put in a bid for gutter and siding work and received a response that they did not work in my area which is less than a mile from their offices. Super unfortunate. It seems I'm not the first person they have turned work down in the reviews.
Filled out a webform to be contacted about some siding repair. Waited a week. Nothing. Called and left a message for Kent. Waited a week. Nothing. Sounds like they might be okay, assuming you ever get a callback. The world may never know.
When I called to get a bid, the guy I talked to was totally uninterested in what I needed and pretty much just gave me the brush off. I found another company who wanted my money.
Horrible installation! Just go with another company. I questioned them asked "Why would they run the down pipe on the concrete when the grass in 3 feet away?" After a heated exchange over the phone with Kent the adjustment manager. Hi Kent remember me? The one you told "I was stupid and go read my contact?" Why would I collect a bunch of roof water just to splash back onto the concrete? Run it in the grass COMMON SENSE Oh he said that's more money or better yet go to Home Depot and finish it myself.
