KÔR is a Pilates studio located near the Wetlands in Huntington Beach offering a variety of group Pilates classes and private Pilates classes in "Mat" & "Apparatus" (Reformer, Wunda Chair, Exo, Orbit, Cadillac/Trapeze Table, Spine Corrector). In addition to traditional Pilates, we offer Prenatal Pilates, Postnatal Pilates, Kids Pilates, Pilates for Osteoporosis. Our goal is to give you a great feeling workout AND help you learn how to move your body in a way that brings balance and functional strength to your body.
