I contacted this office for probate matters. I never received a response other than a generic email suggesting that I call and make an appointment for a complimentary consultation. I called 5 times. Each time I was told by the person answering the phone, that Ms. Hess would need to call me back. This has still never happened. I would not use this attorney or service (total lack of service).
