My family owns a restaurant and we needed the countertops and the flooring done. Kurt came out to quote the job the same day I called. He was the most reasonable price! Plus they are Registered with the ***which is so important to me. They have financing options as well! The installers showed up first thing in the morning and were out by 7pm and completed with the whole job! Thank you Kurt and staff!

My husband and I chose KR Flooring because they had the best rates for the Mohawk carpet. However, I completely agree with all of the negative reviews from other people. In all, we've had a terrible experience with this company! The first day they were scheduled to come, they didn't show and my husband had taken off a day of work to make sure he was at the house. Worst experience with a company I've ever had. Horrible customer service , horrible communication and horrible workmanship. The company charged my credit card without authorization , prior to the damage the caused in my house being fixed . There reviews on YELP are horrible and I should have checked prior to hiring them. There's also a disclosure on YELP that many of the reviews can from the same IP address, therefore they were filtered out. Amazing quality and people; never left a review on here but wanted to go out of my way to say thank you to KR flooring. My project came out better than expected and right around my budget. Will use again!
Had another company come out and attempt to swindle my friend; after looking online I found KR flooring. Not only did they go out and assess the situation and come to the same conclusions but did the job cost effectively and on time when we were in an urgent situation. They other company went for a cash grab opening up over 3 times the fair market value... Just got done writing a complaint on here for them!
