I recommend 10/10. I have a new insurance and went through a lot of ups and downs with the insurance company. I was automatically assigned a PCP who I could never get a hold of and I called around to several offices. Emily called me back on Friday 1/2/26 and was so accommodating, she walked me through everything I needed to do and say to the insurance company to switch over to Kenia Roman Arias and got me in to see her 1/5/26.
