NOT TO BE TRUSTED with any medium to large projects. We signed contracts for a portico project April 2025 and a garage addition May, 2025. At the time I was told the portico construction could start in August and the garage in September. It is now October 2025 and NEITHER project started: portico is still pending county approval, and garage plan was NOT COMPLETED and consequently NOT READY TO BE SUBMITTED to the county.
