Door says walk-ins welcome. As I approached door with my 9 year old , a rude woman yelled from inside “we don’t have time for you!” I didn’t see anyone sitting in there waiting. It was a Wednesday I just moved to the area and will never be giving that place to my business with how rude they are. I’d rather drive farther for more friendly service. I came to my appointment on time, but ended up waiting 45 minutes with no real communication or updates. When I asked how much longer it would be, I was told my nail tech was running behind because the previous customer’s design was taking longer than expected and that I could just reschedule. Unfortunately, this isn't my first experience with poor scheduling here — the last time I visited, I also waited around 30 minutes past my appointment time. The place did not seem very clean to start. During my manicure the girl kept dropping her supplies then immediately using it on my nails without cleaning it… The girls seemed like they were in a rush to just get it done. The skin around my nails looks terrible and she left paint on my skin. The edges are rough, I needed to file them down at home.
super nice salon in Fullerton. Anna is super detailed and takes her time!!
Loveeee love love the boujee nail team!! Steve is always my go-to nail professional and the sweetest, kindest guy ever! He is seriously the most talented and precise artist and makes his clients feel like priority 100% of the time. I only go here and plan to keep it that way :)
