We rented “The Rose Cottage” for a long weekend, and we absolutely loved it! The house is so well appointed...they really thought of everything. It was cozy, yet spacious for two couples, and so comfortable. Right around the corner was a little market, Cape Porpoise Kitchen (yummy food), Musette (which we will try next time) and Pier 77/The Ramp (we ate at Pier 77...delicious!). We recently enjoyed a lovely week at the Paddle Inn property. Location to beach is unbeatable, and the house decor and amenities were great. KPT was very quick to respond to all our needs, and we definitely recommend renting with them!

We just got home from a 2 week stay in Kennebunkport at 5 Wharf lane. It was our second year there and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We had 4 adults and 4 16 year olds. The house is on the small side but the windows and dock opens up the space. Well appointed, had everything we needed and very convenient to town and a quick bike ride to the beach. We love being close to town so we can walk to everything. Jamine and his team are very accomodating.

We rented the Cove house on Lord's Point for a week with 5 adults and 6 children and it was wonderful. The house was lovely and large and very well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed, and there were games, puzzles and toys for the kids. Parking was a challenge at times (narrow road) but the proximity to Mother's beach, the playground and KBIA was worth the frustration. This house gets the highest rating possible.

Wonderful experience for our family of 8 on Goose Rocks beach over Memorial Day weekend. Fantastic location in the heart of Goose Rocks beach with stunning views. Within walking distance to the Tides Beach Club. Accommodations were clean and well kept. The property managers Jamie and Todd were very professional and provided excellent service. Todd greeted us upon our arrival to show us around. He was available for anything we needed throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

We rented 8 bedroom home on Parsons Beach. It was perfect. Had a front view of ocean from the house and the beach a very short walk. Very quiet and private beach. Good location for day trips to Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Wells, Portland. We were met at the house and Todd showed us the house and was helpful throught the week. Jamie was great to work with to book the home and to deal with. Great place for large family gathering. Loved it.

Best place to rent from in Maine! Absolutely amazing properties and excellent service. Couldn't ask for more. Jamie helped us find the perfect spot and worked out so many details for us so we could relax and enjoy seaside Americana at its best. Best summer vacation of our little family's life!

Perfect vacation spot! I stayed at Ocean Pointe with my family over Memorial Day and was completely blown away by the house and location-the pictures did not do it justice. The property manager was extremely helpful before and during our stay which made the weekend that much more enjoyable. I would recommend this house to anyone and would certainly stay there again!
