My cousin worked for this company so I decided to go through them since they had good ratings. The issue started when they put the wrong color of siding up. I was devastated because I had to get special permission from the HOA to order the color I wanted. The owner called me and since I still owed money for the side of the house that wasn't covered by insurance, he offered to wave that fee if I didn't make them redo it with the correct color.
