They were amazing. Had to have an entire tear down to bare rafters. All wood decking replaced. Got it all done in less than a full day and everything looks great. And most importantly, they went to bat for us when insurance was trying to avoid covering a good chunk of it. Ultimately got everything covered minus deductible. Marco was fantastic!
As a real estate investor, I’ve never made an insurance claim as haven’t had any big issues and never wanted to deal with the insurance companies.
