We lived here for one year and it was the worst rental experience we've had in our eight years and four rentals in Columbia by far. Local maintenance and office workers are great, but management overall is awful. Very beautiful home ,living is very comfortable and it’s very peaceful♥️
Love this property! Management is best we've had!
I was really excited to rent here until the property managers started playing games telling us they could get us moved in if we applied right away, only to then tell us the move in date would be a month later. After this they then ask for a double deposit or another 100$ application fee to continue, feels like the property management is playing games for fees.
