Beware – unreliable service and overcharging. We went to KPMG Waterloo with a simple question about a 4-page tax return. They went on a wild goose chase, racking up billable hours, while the solution was staring them in the face – which we finally had to point them towards. They considered this a complex problem (sic). Guess it was our fault to trust the KPMG brand name.
