As long as you don't mind several updates in one night, while you're trying to do work, being forced to do it even though you said "remind me later" and still being shut down in the middle of what you're doing with zero warning. I already know I'm gonna get the "we do this to keep up security" BS response. You're telling me these updates can't be done on a weekend over night, it absolutely has to be done on a Tuesday night when I'm trying to help a broke down driver? Use anyone but these guys.

Great people that are extremely knowledgeable. I have worked with many MSPs before but these guys are THE gold standard. I recently worked with Aiden P and Brendon B and those guys are great. The whole company, in my experience, is actually honest and that is hard to find these days.

Use anyone else but KPM. Constantly updating, two or three times a day, even when I hit "remind me later" it will do it right in the middle of whatever I am working on. Can never tell why it updates because nothing ever changes. Worse than Microsoft. Response- if your systems need this many updates I'll recommend my company change to a different product. We are 24/7 operation and your system manages to force an update right in the middle of a crucial event. As I write this update review I am waiting on update that I repeated... read more
