Great people that are extremely knowledgeable. I have worked with many MSPs before but these guys are THE gold standard. I recently worked with Aiden P and Brendon B and those guys are great. The whole company, in my experience, is actually honest and that is hard to find these days.
Use anyone else but KPM. Constantly updating, two or three times a day, even when I hit "remind me later" it will do it right in the middle of whatever I am working on. Can never tell why it updates because nothing ever changes. Worse than Microsoft. Response- if your systems need this many updates I'll recommend my company change to a different product.
