Can fix just about anything and the guys are easy to work with. They can work on both home and business systems and have been located down town for over 20 years. They are family owned and consist of 2 generations fixing, selling, and installing computers and networks.
Exceptional customer service! They are very knowledgeable, and explain what is wrong with your device in a way you can understand. I took my son’s phone there on the off chance they could tell me why the charging cord wouldn’t work. The technician looked at the phone, told me what was wrong with it, and that it could not be repaired. No charge.
All of the staff were welcoming, patient, knowledgeable and kind. They found the problem on my laptop free of charge and got the part ordered same day. Thank you so much KPM staff.
