The driver of this KPM computer vehicle tried there hardest to cause a collision involving me on 5-11-26 on ark city Kansas bypass at 5:10 pm just north of roundabout . They were following me a distance so close I could not see there headlight . As I was coming to round about I started to slow down and hit brakes they passed in very reckless manner in no passing zone . The most unprofessional experience of my life. Dropped a laptop with a touchscreen off 10/9/2025.... called 5 different times regarding the status and got told "we will call you back." 11/18/2025, after the incompetent employees ordered 3 different wrong screens they "got it right." What they failed to do was replace it with an OEM touch screen. On top of that I was charged the full labor and part fee. DO NOT USE THIS "SERVICE."
Can fix just about anything and the guys are easy to work with. They can work on both home and business systems and have been located down town for over 20 years. They are family owned and consist of 2 generations fixing, selling, and installing computers and networks.
Exceptional customer service! They are very knowledgeable, and explain what is wrong with your device in a way you can understand. I took my son’s phone there on the off chance they could tell me why the charging cord wouldn’t work. The technician looked at the phone, told me what was wrong with it, and that it could not be repaired. No charge.
