My family and I (tenants in the DMV) have received excellent service from Ajay and Seema. They have been terrific about scheduling regular HVAC maintenance at our home when needed, and are always very responsive and quick to address any issues that may arise. Excellent service so far. Prompt with payments and keeping me posted on any delays with rent payments from the tenant. Ajay was very helpful when some Major repairs had to be done due to water damage. Would definitely recommend them.
A very well managed team and a hasslefree experience for the rental homeowners. The team manages your property very well and takes care of the renters monthly rents, maintenance as necessary and lease renewals with utmost care.
