Sarah and Keith have been truly amazing. This house is wonderful and I have never had a better experience with landlords. Every time I call, they answer. When I put in a request, it is met within two days. I cannot describe how wonderful they are. No criticism whatsoever!
RENTERS BEWARE!!! We were told to shovel snow to avoid serious carbon monoxide leaks in the Nederland house due to a woodstove intake being installed too low. A roof leak repair leaving the door frame and wall exposed took over 4 months (see dated photos below). We were told to watch a youtube video, and that we were responsible for kitchen plumbing repairs. Renter beware ... not responsive during the term and these folks use the security deposit process at the end of the lease term as a profit center ...
KPK Realty managed the property we rented in Superior, CO, from 2021 to 2024. Throughout our lease, KPK consistently failed to address property concerns promptly, leading to severe issues that could have been avoided. For example, KPK ignored our concerns about an outdated washing machine, which started leaking to the point where the laundry room floor nearly collapsed.
