1 Star Terrible service – Damaged my ring and stole my gold I brought my 18k white gold ring with a diamond to KPK Goldsmith (Woodgrove Centre) on July 3, 2025 to have it resized. They told me to return on July 10, but when I did, I was devastated to see my ring damaged — the black center stone was broken, and instead of properly fixing it, they glued it back to hide the damage.
