Living in Nanaimo for over three decades just discovered this place. These are some happy knowledgeable people. We have had a battery replaced and some links taken out of both our watches and 5 on mine! Fast & Honest people for sure one of my watches needed repair told me upfront that new battery won't fix the issue. Thank you guys. Get ready for more business from us. Kris & Roh

Incredible service! Came in because the clamps on my ring were lose. He fixed my ring in minutes, cleaned it for me and didn’t even charge me. Super nice staff. Highly recommend

I had a great experience at KPK Goldsmith! I brought in my bracelet to be fixed and needed a ring added. They did an excellent job, and when I went to pay, they just told me, “Don’t worry about it,” and didn’t charge me. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out, and I truly appreciate it. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!
