Yes, they make you wait until your load is ready to be loaded before backing into a dock because they only use 1 shipping dock...totally understandable. Took 15 mins to load once backed in.
Shipping hours are 6am to 3pm call the phone number someone will help they have 3 different locations so its best to call and find out where they want you there is parking over night at the main location
Had a open window for pickup,showed up at 1300,after about 1/2 hour was told to go to another location 3miles down the road,was promptly loaded at other location and on my way,no complaints
Yes overnight parking Ok loading time Had to wait for product to get ready in tow hours
Booked a load on thursday, pick up at this place on friday 7/11 from 1pm to 5pm... Friday 11:48 I recieve mail that pick up is moved to 7/25 without any more explanation... Not only I lost a day, I lost a whole weekend here because of these people unprofessionalism... Stay away from this place.
