Doctor K is the best doctor in staten island I feel like she can cure cancer any issues i have she can solve also the pediatrician is the best in the country I come al the way from south carolina just for him to look at my kid
Last time I am coming to this place! Only cares about their country people. One time I was sitting for a hour waiting for my turn and a lady walks in and she took her even though she didn’t book an appointment while I am here with my sick mother waiting. EVERY time they take patients that talk Russian first over a different person. The lady is rude on top of it.
Doctor k is the best pediatrician.. I’m a first time mom so naturally every little thing makes me nervous. Anytime I have a question no matter what time, he is always there to answer your calls and questions and even text messages. He is thorough and his office is always clean. He makes his appointments in such a way that you never have to wait. Other doctors book a bunch of patients at the same time for the money. He genuinely cares and I’m so glad I found him. A very long wait time, 50 min and longer. I don’t understand why front desk made an appointment so that the patient has to waste so much of personal time in their office. Very unprofessional, don’t recommend!!!
I was going to this doctor for 2 years, even before seeing her I asked if she was taking new patients and they said yes. I would see this doctor at least once or twice a year because of my health issues. Recently I received an email from the office manager and the doctor husband attaching a letter stating Dr.Milena will no longer be my PCP since she's unable to provide the care.
