Completely unprofessional sums up my experience with this company. I purchased a Groupon for their window cleaning services in good faith. I scheduled and rescheduled with Kyle, the owner of KP Window Cleaning Services 3 times before finally giving up. The first appt was a "no show" and I was given an excuse about his employee calling in sick and he didn't receive the message.
