Very good customer service whenever i need it. Clean and easy access. The only thing i would change is a bit of a lower price for a small town like this. The minimum for all storage companies in Cookeville Tn is $60/ month

It was quick and easy to rent this unit, but getting any kind of response from the company afterward has been extremely difficult. I’ve tried multiple times to confirm that the unit was cancelled but still haven't received a reply. When I first rented, I was told a complimentary lock would be provided and not to bring my own—but there was no lock. Anthony was very nice and professional. He helped me out tremendously and was very clear on everything. He even gave me his personal number incase I needed anything. The storage units are clean and well kept, id definately rent again.

Very good experience. Store manager was very helpful, explained everything and happy to show units. Highly recommend.

Other than changing the price out of the blue and apparently I'm only supposed to have been paying $112 a month but was paying $127 because I don't know why I guess because I used my card the very first month even though it's connected to a bank account. And the time that something was wet inside and still don't know where that came from and then the times that it looks like somebody's tried to break into the outside I would say it's a fairly secure facility.
