Good service and good carpet and good people
We ordered a small order $63.03 for tile for our hearth... this was Feb 23rd 2019, we paid in full. Was told the tile would be in that following Friday, it didn't come, and didn't come, we finally had to go buy somewhere else because we needed to get moving on finishing our fireplace. He told My husband he'd just refund our money. Still waiting...... My husband calls and calls and gets one excuse after another. Very disappointed with my flooring project.. wrong color hardwood ordered and delivered to my house..had to be sent back and waited another 2 weeks for correct color. However the main issue was with the carpet portion of the project. Contracted to install a carpet runner on staircase.. was told carpet had been ordered and was just waiting for their binder to be fixed. Waited 2 months.. found out binder had been fixed, but nobody called to set up installation. I have inquired multiple times but have been ignored.. except for ... read more
