This has got to be the worst realtor on the planet. He has no interest or business for that matter selling homes. With any luck future buyers will not have to deal with him.

I Tried calling several times about a property I was interested in. That Mark A Kramer was listing and never got a callback or text. If you are trying to sell your property with this realtor, please think twice as he doesn't answer to potential buyers.

I was interested in one of their listings, so I drove by and called the number on the sign. I was sent to voicemail and left a message. I continued to call that number five times over the next three days, leaving three voicemails. I never received a call back. I finally did some research online and found another number to call. It was a Friday by this time and the gentleman told me it was a cash only offer, I told him that I was offering cash and wanted to make an offer. He told me to call back after the holiday weekend.
