Ivy at KP Lash Bar has provided the utmost professional, perfect, yet personable service for over six years to me and several friends and family members! Her customer service is awesome! I had a very relaxing time getting my lashes done. Ivy is amazing at what she does and made me feel so welcome. Her suite was spotless and smelled incredible when I arrived. Hands down, the best lashing experience I’ve ever had!!!🫶🏿🫶🏿
My cousin referred me to Ivy and I’ve been coming faithfully ever since. Her studio is VERY clean (please don’t believe some bitter reviewers who say otherwise) and she always tries to accommodate you into her schedule. There is an automated text you receive 48 hours before your appointment to confirm and you also receive a text day of! Now that is some serious communication! And Ivy is one of the sweetest people!
