Rick and his team have done work for me on multiple occasions in the past 4 years and they have been awesome to work with. We recently had a furnace replaced. Fast forward 2 months and our heat stopped working. On this particular day it was about -15 degrees out. I called Rick around 7 am, he answered on the 2nd ring.
