These guys think like they're living in the 1950s, I was going to give 2 stars for not allowing me to pay over the phone or online they required me to come in person only. Unfortunately with his attitude of this is our policy, take your business elsewhere, gives him 0 stars if I can... I guess I'm not the only one, good luck surviving in 2024

Received a headlight from them, which was in good condition. The insurance totaled the vehicle so I called for them to return the lamp. The guy I spoke to said no problem we will come get it- they usually show up 2-3 days later to get the part. Fast forward 3 weeks and I see the light is still here on the shelf waiting to be picked up. I called back to see when they were going to get it and James the Manager (whos is like talking to a rock) said he doesn't have any notes and all he could say over and over is the return windo... read more

Pésimo servicio al cliente. Intentamos comprar una autoperte y nos hicieron pagarla antes de verla, una vez que pagamos nos la mostraron y no era el modelo y color que estaba buscando. Okey, entiendo que no tengan lo que estoy buscando, ahora, devuélvanme mi dinero. Me hicieron esperar más de una hora para devolverme mi dinero, con una pésima actitud y nada profesional.
