We have been long-time customer's of Kozy Lawn and alway prepaid. Last fall, we ordered aeration & overseeding with our own seed. Apparently the tech(s) doing the service didn't see it sitting on our front porch. I offered to meet them 1/2 way with the bill. $30 to be exact,and paid. Joe told me he would have the tech call me last fall..never happened. I know how much it cost to acquire a new client (much more than keeping a loyal, long-standing one).
