Terrible person to rent from ESPECIALLY if you have children.
This is a quaint beach rental property owned by an older gentleman (retired USNavy) who is very friendly. Non-smoking, zero tolerance for drugs, long term or weekly rental units. I have stayed several times in Unit #5... nice patio, short walk to the family friendly clean beach, BBQ grill, picnic tables, firepit, constantly updated (#5 has new queen mattress in bedroom, updated bathroom, living area has trundle bed, couch, flat screen TV, a/c, ceiling fans, and even a complete kitchen with microwave, full size fridge, electr... read more
WARNING!! It's nasty! Not cleaned!! Smells like mold!! Can't get rid of smell! Don't stay here if u do u will get sick!! Beds are old and possibly bed bugs!!
