Greg came and did trouble shooting on my gas log fireplace and got everything working again. Very thorough! Very relieved to have my fireplace back!
Kozy Heat did a wonderful job getting our gas fireplace up and running for the season! The tech was friendly and very knowledgeable, he was even able to reccomend and install a remote control for it. They get 5 stars from us for sure!
They took out our old insert and installed a new one. They were so nice and efficient. They answered all my questions and made sure everything that had to be moved was put back. They were just great. I would give them 5 stars!!!!
Chris and Randy did an excellent job installing our new Z42CD. First fire in it tonight. It’s great!
Installation crew (Rosh, Randy, Chris, + apprentices) did fantastic work demolishing old fireplace and replacing it with new Bayport model. They knew what they were doing throughout the process, several times going beyond our expectations. Entire project handled by Kozy Heat for price bid. Good value. Love our new fireplace. Almost looking forward to cold temps.

Just had them out to service my gas fireplace. Great service, super nice, and made sure everything was working. :)
