Friendly and professional. Have no complaints about the dental portion. But I thought I was in their network, so it was a shock when I found out that I wasn't. They need to make sure people know this up front so you're not shocked with an unexpected bill like I was.
I have been going here for about 15 years. The whole staff is truly amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. They make you feel like part of the family. I even had personal phone calls after hours to make sure I got the meds needed for pain. 😊
Very relaxed and friendly staff. Seemed very thorough for my initial exam. Gave me many options for my diagnosis, explaining procedures, answering all my questions and emailing me information. I look forward to working with them in the future.
