Tom was wonderful today. We lost our 20 year old cat last night. called the after hours number and he was amazing. Took care of our girl and gave me such a great feeling that she will be taken care of. Wonderful, comforting experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are in my prayers.
Tom was great to work with, extremely compassionate and understanding. He worked with us on New Years Eve and New Years Day to ensure we had the best possible experience in an otherwise very difficult time. The man whom greeted us and cremated our loved dog, Buddy was so friendly. He was sympathetic and did a fantastic job. his dog, Hugo, was very friendly and kept us company in the waiting room. I highly recommend this place.
From Linda Dybas Tom Sr & Jr were so kind & empathetic to my son. They allowed us to spend our waiting time walking around the pet cemetery. We talked & felt the peaceful atmosphere around us. It was a calming experience that I was so thankful for & to be able to share this loss with my son. The urns were reasonable & to be able to take his little girl home gave my son peace. RIP Zoey. ❤️❤️❤️
