They burnt my food four consecutive visits and the place was not busy. No wonder. It was Daylight lunch time maybe when the cook sleeps? Sad because my husband thinks it a great place maybe I should start burning his food ?

You can deffinately tell Mike dont give a shit about his product,,,we ordered pizza and wings tonite,,pizza was sauceless and friggin cold( i live 1 mile away),the wings were tolerable, but when u look forward to trying to cover up the crappy food by dipping it in the blue cheese dressing they provided,,it turns things only worse,,,the blue cheese was like 2% milk with a couple chunks of something in it,,,,Kozs sucks !! We were in from out of town, visiting my 96 year old mother. We enjoy Koz's fish fry and have it delivered to my mother's apartment. There was a problem with the order and it was resolved quickly, cheerfully and to our complete satisfaction. We will always order from there when we are in town.

Food wasnt bad but the red head kid behind the counter I belive his name is James R. Was a complete mess first he over charges me then when he went to credit me back he double charged me the kid was clearly intoxicated on Marajuann. I could actually smell it on his clothes over the counter good food but needs to do So thing about the type of staff they hire case and point
